This is a smaller store that I shop while visiting family in the area. The layout is not the best but be careful of incorrect pricing. I have had to go, more than once, to customer service because an item rings up more than the price posted. I registered a complaint online with the store once but the other day I had to wait at customer service while an employee went to proof check my item. Once is a mistake, twice is suspicious but three times is just sloppy.

Everyone, please check your receipts to ensure you are getting charged correctly. Too many times that what they advertised is not what they charge. Deceptive practices. It has happened too many times.

The customer service there is very nice. The location is pretty clean. There is not a lot of variety but they have the basic items you may need. This location is very busy and parking can be a challenge but it's worth going to. My favorite part is the bakery. The young lady, Mona is very talented and created a baby shower cake for me that looked more expensive than I actually paid. It tasted great as well. Please try her, she is AMAZING.

Mona in the bakery department is a rock star! She created a custom mermaid cupcake pull-apart cake for our daughter's birthday and it came out amazing! I showed her a picture of our vision and she executed it perfectly! Price and services rendered were impeccable!

Self-checkout in Chatham is much better than Bernardsville where I work because of placing and removing items in bagging area and then we have to call the staff for help to clear the message. - Catherine Corrado

Alway's Alway's Alway's.! A pleasure shopping at any shop rite I've ever shopped at and their prices are always very reasonable their employees are always courteous and helpful
